Update: He’s getting married! It’s no surprise to me. The day I did this reading — in October — I had heard George Michael singing on the radio and got this sudden feeling of “tremendous love” so I decided to do a “love reading” on him. I guess that is what he was feeling for his partner at the time. *cool* They got engaged in November. Congratulations George and Kenny!

Dyslexia and Blog Writing

Just to mention I have dyslexia. This causes me to not only be very creative 😉 but also to use the incorrect word. I think I’m writing or saying one word when in fact I’m writing or saying another. I don’t always catch this and a spell-check won’t either. In fact, my spelling is actually pretty good minus some minor weirdness such as using quotes for I”m instead of I’m. Also, I might transpose letters but a spell check would pick that up.

To note, there is a lot of myth and misconception about what dyslexia is and how it affects people. Each person who experiences dyslexia, can experience it quite differently.

Before anyone thinks I read below grade level or can’t comprehend what people are saying, that isn’t the case for me. In fact, I’m considered a gifted individual with a high IQ and EQ. 😉 … just to note. 🙂 I AM; however, an abstract thinker and sometimes people can’t *get* what I’M saying. 😉

If that’s the case, just say so. *grin*
