Most humans focus on themselves and not others so it’s actually quite rare that you will be asked many questions in a day. Count it up! How many times do the significant people in your life (partner, children, co-workers, boss, etc..) ask you meaningful and impactful questions?
By asking great questions, you are guided to your own ephinanies and solutions. Simply, that’s coaching. But more than that it’s empowering listening. However, as I said, not too many people have practice asking impactful questions, they don’t often care to listen deeply, and further to that, many people don’t care and that’s why it’s good to see a coach. Coaches provide clarity and you provide your own answers.

(Consultant) How many people do you know have special interest and knowledge in a topic you are curious about? Have they attended school for that subject matter? Have they done extensive study in the matter?
