This book uses R.E.B.T — Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
This was a pivotal book that I read about 5 years ago. It helps one think through emotional problems “objectively” and “rationally”. It also helps *reprogram* negative thoughts that we learned while growing up but in a good way (not brainwashing).
I originally picked this up to help a partner out of their tortured mind but as I read I saw myself. I was drawn to it and it helped me to release bad karma. Hope it helps you and yours too.
