Thoughts:
Whare are you writing in your book in your book of rembrance? The Akashic record is a universal report card of grace and healing. Intentions are seen as deeds; therefore, even if you do not do what you say, it will be shown as if you did.
So thoughts and feelings — whether for a higher or lower vibrations — will be seen as if they were actually done.
If you want to be a better person and your thoughts and desires have good intention, it’s easier to access the records. It’s also easier to access the records if you lived in that past period where you are seeing a past life for a seeker.
Records:
The past — your memory. The accumulation of a soul’s talents, experiences, inclinations, and desires. Use memory as a step to the present.
The present — the learning experience that you are currently facing. Use the present to divine and manifest your future.
The future — an ever evolving shadow dependant upon our present choices, potentials, and probabilities. Freewill
